Whyyy do dispatch notices give you such specific delivery details and then not stick to them :( got an email a few nights ago about an order being dispatched, expected delivery time being 8pm today (they deliver until 9pm); maybe it’s just me being crazy impatient but it’s almost 9pm now and no delivery :’( bet any money it won’t arrive tonight. Why not give me a general estimation instead of being like ‘your order will be with you at THIS specific time!’, ya bastards
